How to Order?

Customer provides us with the design concept for the custom set and specify the desired order qty. We will get the render mockup ready within a week's time. Design changes at this stage are permitted.

Initial Idea Submission & Mockup Design

Step 2.

Draft Purchase Order & Finish Payment

Once the design and qty has been finalized. Purchase order will be drafted. We require 40% of the payment to start production and final payment before we ship the product to the customer.

Production Starts

Packaging & Shipping

After the initial payment is done, production starts. We need between 2 weeks of production time. Design changed at this stage are not permitted.

Once the production is complete, sets are then packaged. Final payment is to be made before shipping. Once the final payment is made, order is shipped

What is you MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is 100 sets, if qty is less than MOQ we charge sample price. Higher the qty better the price

How are Sets packaged?

Sets can be packaged in various kinds of packaging. Custom packaging can also be created as per customer's request with their company logo. Usually customers prefer we ship them in simple plastic bags that are easier to distribute.

Payment methods we accepts?

We accept Bank Transfer, Interac, Paypal, Stripe - Visa, Master, Amex.

Can I cancel order after placing?

Yes, but it would depend on what stage the process has reached. If production hasn't started you could cancel the order. A small fee will be deducted and your refund will be immediately processed. If the production has started then cancellation is not possible.
